3:00 pm Part of the Problem or Part of the Solution? How Executive Recruiting Can Help Foster Gender Diversity
Recruiting diverse talent at the executive level is the number one topic on corporate executive recruiting leaders’ minds, according to this year’s ESIX Annual Benchmark Survey. Much debate on the subject is based on anecdotal evidence, rather than on rigorous statistical analysis of large samples of candidates and searches. Dr. Isabel Fernandez-Mateo, the Adecco Associate Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at London Business School, joins us to discuss what she has learnt from years of doing research on this topic, in order to provide actionable insight for organizations seeking to foster gender diversity.
