11:00 am The Future of the Research Model?
The executive recruiting research model has changed somewhat since the old days of ‘paying by the name’ and delivering long lists of prospects to be called. We’ve moved on through organization charts and market mapping, and now some are asking their research partners for market intelligence and talent data. But, what’s next? We are joined by Stephen Buchanan, of Research Europe, who will share with us some of his ideas and ask us exactly that – what does the future of the research function look like, and what do we, as corporate buyers of the product (either directly or indirectly) want to see changing in the next five years?
