Recruiting diverse talent at the executive level is again the highest priority for corporate executive recruiting leaders in this year’s Benchmark Survey, yet results appear to be mixed so far. As a group, we will discuss what is, and what isn’t, working in the Asia Pacific region when attempting to hire diverse executives.
