Not only has talent pipelining become more important to our members, according to our Annual Benchmark Survey, but it is also critical to a strong, long-term diversity hiring plan. How does one build such a model? Thankfully, Rachel Davis, Practice Leader at Armstrong Craven, will join us to share with participants what they are doing with some of their clients to build a better pipeline at the executive level.

According to the PwC global CEO survey, fairness and equality is at the top of mind of most CEO’s today. In response, the organisation launched a significant study on inclusive recruitment on International Women’s Day this year. Jon Terry, a Partner with PwC, will share with us not only the highlights of that study, which he often utilizes in his client consulting work, but also draw on his own experience wearing his ‘other hat’ as the Global People Leader of the 60,000-strong PwC Financial Services group.
