A Hybrid Search Model With Remarkable Results

In our constant search for innovative services and tools to assist members in delivering significant impact to their organizations, we will hear from Aggancio Founder & CEO, André Haug, who will share with us his company’s hybrid approach to search: They become an extension of an organization’s in-house team, which helps them deliver a CXO-level shortlist in an average of less than 19 days – at a fraction of the cost of a ‘regular’ search firmAndré will share with us a case study of how the model works, and the successes/learnings along the way.

11:45               Proactively Preventing Sexual Harassment

We are joined by Jennifer Gefsky, a Partner at law firm Epstein Becker & Green specializing in advice and counsel to clients on employment issues. Some of you might remember her as the Founder of Après, where she still serves as an adviser. In her new role, not only does she help clients with sexual harassment training, but she also helps them to understand how sexual harassment prevention can actually help a company’s bottom line and increase gender diversity. Jennifer will lead us in a discussion on how we can hire against sexual harassment and thereby proactively prevent the potential problem.
