                        Providence St. Joseph Health – Taking the Exec Rec Function to the Next Level

Already one of the top 5 healthcare systems in the nation, there is talk of even more growth for Providence St. Joseph Health, which would make it the largest in the US. Though the organization has been constantly expanding and changing, Director of Executive Recruiting, Russell Podgorski, has managed to not only keep the trains running, but also grow the team, increase the services provided, and increase the quality of service, all while reducing the time to deliver! We will hear Russell’s tips for creating a healthy, strong execrec function, as well as his plans for the next level at Providence St. Joseph Health.

We often hear that resumes might not tell us the whole story, and that interviews are great – but only for candidates who interview well; so, what is the corporate executive recruiter to do? Josh Jarrett, Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder of Koru, will join us to share with us his startup’s solution to measure the skills that they believe matter most, including the oft-discussed ‘Grit’ factor. Josh will talk about how his company has merged predictive analytics with assessment science and explain how they use machine learning and artificial intelligence to predict performance fit.
