Is Referencing Viable Again?
According to research from SkillSurvey, they have cracked the growing problem of not being able to get useful references for our candidates, including all the legal risks involved. Apparently 85% of their references offer candid input, and their customers have experienced first-year turnover reductions of 35%. In addition, they are helping clients tap into those references as a potential talent pool. SkillSurvey CEO, Ray Bixler, will share with us the science, analytics and I/O psychology behind their new ‘Pre-Hire 360’ process, as well as the ‘secret sauce’ of their high response rate and risk avoidance.

Currently a consultant in the Leadership Advisory Services group at Spencer Stuart, Cassandra was formerly the head of Cisco’s Global Executive Talent Practice, where she played an integral role in the 2015 succession planning for Cisco’s CEO.
