A truly managed and curated prospect pipeline is critical to building a strategic corporate executive recruiting function. However, in our world it is a very manual process that takes resources which many organisations do not have the headcount or budget for. Though most of executive recruiting is likely to remain a high-touch, ‘white glove’ operation, perhaps technology can manage some of the enabling processes that get us to that prospect pipeline grail? We will discuss one potential option with Billy McDiarmid, Head of Client Success at Candidate.ID, which uses algorithms to nurture and score prospects so we can target our outreach more effectively and reduce time to fill.
