Professor Guido Gianasso, PhD, Associate Dean & Professor in Global Leadership, Nanyang Business School, teaches the MBA Cultural Intelligence course at the school, and is a leading expert in HR and global leadership. In prior lives he was a CHRO in the Aviation and Security sectors and worked with the World Bank and the United Nations. Professor Gianasso will share with us some of his research on cultural intelligence, global leadership and change management, and discuss how we can utilize this material as we find executives to lead the next generation of our organizations.
