Location: The Oak Room, The Algonquin Hotel, 59 West 44th Street, New York City, 10036

9:15 am          Arrival, Coffee/Continental Breakfast

10:00 am        Meeting begins/Introductions

10:15 am        Best-in-Class Onboarding Practices

Although this is always a topic of interest, onboarding has come up a lot more recently in member questions. In our recent mini-poll on the topic we find that there is a lot of disparity in how organizations address it at the executive level – if at all. In response, we have asked a published expert in the space, George Bradt, Chairman & Founder of PrimeGenesis¸ to share what he has learned over his years of experience advising executives and HR functions on their executive onboarding programs.

11:15 am                    Break

11:30 am        Member Case Study: Sharon Maltagliati of Bristol-Myers Squibb

Bristol-Myers Squibb continues to evolve and transform their global Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiting function. This transformation has included the implementation of a new ATS, CRM and new TA delivery team in their North American Capability Center in Tampa. Sharon Maltagliati, Global Head of TA Strategy, Capabilities & Exec TA at BMS, will share with us what they learned along the way.

12:30 pm                    Lunch

1:15 pm          Roundtable Discussion: Participant-chosen topic

                                    News Roundup

2:15 pm                      Break

2:30 pm          When Your Company Takes A Controversial Stand

In a recent survey, 62% said they would not work for a company if they disagreed with their stated beliefs. Furthermore, it is said that it is not enough for a company to just have great products and services, as employees (and presumably, candidates) want organizations to communicate clearly about what is important to them. How, as message-owners and ambassadors for the organization, should we handle this at the executive level? Bryan Adams, CEO & Founder of Ph.Creative, an employer branding agency, will share with us his experience and his organization’s research and findings and help us discuss the topic.

3:30 pm          Networking Reception

Celebrate the end of a great year!

5.00 pm          Adjourn
