10:15 am RaaS - like SaaS, but ‘Research as a Service’ instead?
The executive recruiting research model has moved from lists of names, through organization charts and market mapping, and on to market intelligence and competitive talent data. But, what’s next? We are joined by Alex Cheney, Director of Wilbury Stratton, who will tell us about the portal that his organization is now building for their clients to view talent and other companies’ organizational structures, and manage and build their own talent pipelines online, all curated by Wilbury Stratton’s research team. The shape of things to come, perhaps?

1:30 pm ESIX Member Panel: ExecRec Managing Internal Talent Mobility
There have recently been a number of questions about the management of internal talent movement by the executive recruiting team. In this segment we will hear from various members as to how they manage their model, what they have learned in creating and improving such a process, and what they recommend for others who might be embarking on the same journey. Thank you to Melissa Boos of Becton Dickinson; Beth Bunting Arnholt of Comcast; Ximena Juncosa of McKesson; & Judy Wong of Charter Spectrum for agreeing to share their experiences.
