A growing number of organizations are utilising external assessment tools in their executive hiring processes. At the same time, there seems to be an ever-growing plethora of products and methodologies to choose from, some of which are using advanced technology like AI, and many of which are quite expensive. How should we compare all these tools, and how do we decide which method and style is right for our organisation to use? Celine Floyd, Cpsychol, Director of Assessment Solutions at Capp & Co, who is an expert in leadership assessment herself, will give us an overview of the space and help us navigate these waters.

When it comes to our health, we want the world’s best minds working on the next breakthrough medicine and, given that Novartis products reach almost a billion people – they want the best of the best! Which is why they have invested in a program led by Khan Ozol, Global Head of Talent Scouting (himself a PhD in Neuroscience), to find the brightest minds out there. Khan will describe their model, which sits in the talent management group and is involved with succession strategy, as well as his experiences and learnings in building the function from scratch.
