2:30 pm Big Data in Executive Recruiting – an Oxymoron?

However, there is one organization that has enough scale in the leadership recruiting space to be able to study patterns and discern usable insights: Korn Ferry. A few years ago, Raghav Singh joined the company as their Director of Reporting and Analytics to build this function, and has agreed to share with us where data science is intersecting with our world of leadership recruiting, and where he thinks it might lead.
