On top of that, Mondelez has brands that go back 200 years or more, and which generations of families have grown up with. How do you recruit executives who will preserve the legacy of such a storied history, and yet also innovate and help the company grow in highly complex, global markets? 2:30 pm          Executive Compensation Made Easy…Easier…

Remuneration plays a critical role in attracting the best executives, and although we do not need to be experts, we do need to be at least conversant with our organizations’ executive compensation models. Yet do we really understand all that is behind the numbers? How we remunerate employees reflects the dynamics of the market and context in which we operate and aligns to the strategic direction and specific value drivers of our organizations. To help us understand more of this context in a consumable way, we will be joined by an expert who has written a book on the topic: Dr. Fermin Diez, the Deputy CEO & Group Director of the National Council for Social Service, as well as Adjunct Professor at both Singapore Management University & Nanyang Technological University.

3:30 pm          Adjourn for Networking/Cocktail Hour
