Executive Recruiting at T-Mobile
Finding leaders in the current environment is difficult enough, but to do so in a fast-moving, ever-changing industry, and for a company that is particularly visible with a lot going on – must be quite the adventure! Le’Anna Spriestersbach, who leads the executive recruiting team at T-Mobile, will share with us the function’s journey from startup to scale, and the lessons learned in building the internal brand and credibility along the way. Plus, she’ll share with us the plans for the team as it continuously evolves in a constant state of change.

2:00 pm EMSI: Next-Generation Research – Talent Intelligence
The corporate executive recruiting research function is gaining more and more attention in the last year or so, both from the vendor space as well as the corporate function space. No longer is it just about name-generation, but growing into more of a strategic talent intelligence function. As it does so, there is a demand for new tools and functions to enable this development, and one that has come up a few times at recent meetings is EMSI. To help us learn more, we will be joined by Jenna Nuccitelli and Jon Williams of EMSI, who will share with us some use cases for their products and services, as well as discuss with us where it might become even more pertinent to the corporate executive recruiting function.
