New function leader, Enrique Washington, is in the midst of a number of significant projects which will not just ‘level up’ the function at Electronic Arts, but likely also impact the recruiting culture of the company as a whole. Enrique will share with us his successes and learnings to date, as well as his plans for growth going forward.

According to the ESIX Annual Benchmark Survey, almost 20% of the most sophisticated corporate executive recruiting functions are involved in board hiring for their organizations. We expect this trend to grow and therefore our members need more information to be most effective. Guest speaker Belen Gomez, Director of Research & Content at board research company Equilar, joins us to describe what trends they are seeing in board hiring, governance and compensation, and shares with us a new tool which could help our functions pipeline for their own Board-level talent.
